Aberdeen City unable to attend National Finals or play in Inter Counties competition this year (posted 23 July 2005)

It was announced today that due to ill health of Convenor Alistair Williamson, he has been unable to play off competitions to get qualifiers for the National Finals in Paisley on Saturday 13th August 2005.

Aberdeen City have therefore dropped out from the National Finals draws.

They are also unable to field a team for the round robin playoffs for the North Section due to take place on Sunday 21st August.
